Fragment reduction from attacks

Please reinstate the fragments you get from battles. since yesterday we get 11 fragments from 5 star on CW base if you are SA. this is just soo soo low. thanks
I guess this was an unintended consequence to stopping SA hitting AA bases(which is fair enough for a change).
