I've recently had 2 cases of -39 medals with no log and no compensation from Nexon - I'm just ''sucking it up' - only because Nexon told me to!!
Their reason: someone was close to beating me (twice) and their game must've crashed. Yeah: as if someone would be in a position to have a 39 medal win just before their game crashed!!

Yeah Ravenlord but that's regular game play that we all experience from time to time. This is a special week long event with a reward at the end that benefits all but one nation. How about if we handicap German nation or whatever nation you play the most for a week next event and see how that goes for you?

Totally agree maggiepie I'm all about donating to my little hobbitses. My suggestion to you is place the consolate. You'll still get the little French guys to come out and do your bidding every 6 hours. But for me it was all about getting the +3 gate. Be sure to write to CS and collect your crowns Vive la France!

so how do you get the crown compensation if you're french and got the consulate? i'm guessing there are thousands out there that don't know they can get reimbursed
