I just started to build my bunker right before my world war planing day. My question is will the bunker available for use during war? Same goes to my Air defences, they are both left 2 days to complete. When I view my war base using different account, I saw three of the building mentioned available at level 1, so I'm kind of confused. Anyone help pls, my war is starting soon.

The answer is yes. The newly constructed one will be level 1 while the upgrade one will remain the previous level.

I think not. You need finish the buildings before war start.
The new buildings may work on challenge or view but not function in real war.
I remember to check real war replays for that.
Some buildings feature like Factory spawn heavy tank when destroyed still work as soon as you start build it, though.

It only works in world war.
Anything will work as soon as you start building it as long as you also place the building on your warmap.
Actually only 1 exception: a bunker: This is the only building that won't work in worldwar as no HT's will spawn as long as the building progress isn't finished. Probably something to do with the oil you need to spend to fill the bunker with HT.
