Fyber videos (Wizard section)

Hi, is anyone experiencing the same thing please? Under the wizard section (top left hand corner in game) there were some daily 30 sec video ads, 5-6, video clip ads usually to other games or casinos/ slots. These used to pay out 3 crowns per clip or a shipment of trade goods. This has stopped working for me and my alliance members for the last 10days - 2 weeks. When i play the clip, after I watch the entire clip and try to close the window, I get a screen with a green banner saying rewards are in progress, closure of the screen does not affect delivery of rewards. Everything freezes at this stage so I have no choice but to close this screen, no crowns or other rewards are delivered. I raised this with DM CS and got very unhelpful feedback, that this is a Fyber issue and there is nothing that can be done by DM CS, period. Any advise/ similar experiences? First video usually does that for me, but I do get credit for the others.

Same thing on my iPhone for at least 2 weeks but, but just started on iPad today. No response at all from CS for me.

Same problem for me, last 2-3 weeks. I have a Sony/ Android mobile. Tryed to contact Fyber, but no answer about this.

Thanks for feedback. Seems this is a wider issue in the community, present across multiple devices and operating systems.

Nb4powerup - would you / Nexon also be able to raise this with Fyber directly and post a reply when this will be rectified (or this feature permanently discontinued if the problem is permanent). It seems the normal Nexon CS and the Fyber CS is not engaging on this issue that has been ongoing for past 2-3 weeks. Many thanks for your help.
