First of all, I like Decoy; it's very very efficient & innovative tactics to attract defenders and defensive buildings. However, NXN should think to balance it with other tactics as well. Decoy duration is ridiculous. Without any bonus from Library/Uni, it will take 48s to disappear (which is mol 50% of battle time in ww; assuming that people can finish less than 2 mins). For Korean, you just need to throw 8 Decoys and end the game. And the fact is only Anti-tank guns deal with them efficiently. Think duration of 30s or less should be more reasonable.
Another point is the resistance from AA mercenary camp. I'd like to see Destroyer spawning and defensing instead of weak Flammpanzer. How can a flammpanzer with 12k hitpoint defense again 3 Destroyer 24k each? It's the last chapter in Resistance and the defensive power should be better than hv tank from factories.
