Game crash on loading

When I load the game in the loading screen it gets to 20% and then crashes please help me I really looking forward to play I did everything I reinstalled the game and even reset my phone to factory defaults please help me

Same here.. cannot load the game since yesterday.

What frustrating more is I only need 10 medals to claim the time quest crowns (it already expired as of this writing). My gold and oil is so full (saving it to upgrade my stable, castle last night).

I cant log out of my main account on google play because the game wont load! I can get into my baby base but thats it.

They just sent me the standard e-mail reply asking what the symptoms were just before the crash occurred & could I supply a screenshot?
HELLOOOOOOOOO??? How can I supply a screenshot after the event has occurred?

Oh I know! I'm going around in circles and don't know if anyine really recognises the problem. Then they close the case and ask for feedback!

Can someone show me how I log out from my account without entering the game I want to open a new account

davidman2 , I'm not sure if this is the proper way to go about it, but it works.
You can reinstall the game, it'll load a new tutorial village, and ask you to connect to your previous account. You can decline and start a new game that way.

If you have an android device, you can remove the sd card, uninstall and reinstall the game and connect to a different google account when the village loads, not the main one. If I attempt to connect to the original game it just crashes and I have to go through this process again.

If anyone knows how to open the new village on an ipad Id love to know.

I am experiencing same exact problem... you'd think they could just reload a copy of our bases from just before this started...I'm sure they must backup regularly. This is unacceptable...I've spent countless hours and a good amount of money to get to this point and now I've been locked out for over a week

Same problem. Game Crashes just before loading the Village. This has been there since last 3 days and its very frustrating. Relieved that i am not the only one facing this issue. Hoping to see a quick resolution.

Still the same here. Answers (standard) which won't work. Pffff its frustrating.......... Only updated the game, nothing more. Now i cant play.......sended crash data, pictures, everything. The strange thing is that i double click the home button of my ipad, i see my game......
