Option 1 (concurrent): infinite spawns until destruction of spawning building.
Option 2 (choose your own, but does not respawn same type of troops per cycle): limited space and increase in intervals per building level. i.e.: Lv. 1 houses up to 6 unit capacity.. works like Alliance Gate, I'd say.
