Generals and Healing

I've noticed when I heal a general during a raid either using a first aid tactic or a supply cart, I can get their health back to full, but their cool down time is still equivalent to the lowest health they had at any point during the battle. If this is intentional, this is really annoying, but it seems that if a general ends a battle on full health there shouldn't be a cool down time. I can't find any other information about this happening to other people on this forum, so sorry if this is a duplicate.

I concur. I am noticing this same problem. A healed General should be placed back in service commensurate of his health level at the end of the battle, not the lowest health level during the battle.
