Generals not active taking damage

Multiple times now I've had no generals active with all four ready to go. I get attacked and return to find all 4 with 8 hour plus cool down times. Anyone else experience this before?

I've just logged in to the game to find all 4 generals in cooldown when only one was left active. Reported to CS.

this used to happen maybe every 3 days or so, but lately it's been happening on every defense for me, so I'm just deactivating generals before I log out. But sometimes I forget.

Happened again today - I deactivated all generals but after the attack 2 are now in cooldown.

Just watch the replay a few times and two generals do actually come out to play even though none were active.

Guys, deactivating doesn't solve the problem....

The only way to get around this, is using them, except 1,activate the last one for defense, and then have the 24hr be set to 8hr by this bug after you have been attacked.

if you get a 2 star defeat, your generals are back when the pt is over (if your pt stands for the full 8hr ofcourse...)

I just had a general go on timer when all were deactivated and nothing came out of the castle on the replay. It seems to happen less often when all are deactivated though.

Just had this happen to me. I've not had all go at once before but someone attacked and destroyed my fort with their zeppelin and all generals are in cooldown. Is it a bug to do with the zeppelin?

Wouldn't ya know it happened again I just got attacked I had no generals active for defense but all 4 were ready to go and my castle gets destroyed and now they are all on 8 hour plus cool downs it would be nice if this bug would at least be acknowledged or they can come right out and tell us its a blatant scam to get us to burn crowns on generals that were never used

It looks like there is a fix for this in 2.5, which is imminent. I'll update the Release Notes when it's available.

Could be, mine above had a zeppelin.
