So, is this a cheater? Has anyone else come across this? Should they be reported?

A base like this shouldn't even elicit any 2nd thought (other than to report him to CS of course) - a base like this with those yummy resources should be 5starred without hesitation. The level of the buildings don't mean squat - the layout of the base shows the true experience of this player .....

He did get 5 Stared yes. If memory serves I did use a couple of tactics to make it happen. The food was delicious! Hard to pass up tasty gyro & stuffed grape leaves!

You guys must introduce a screening system which automatically bans abnormalities. This may hurt the glitch lovers but it will reduce the cheaters which are ruining the game significantly
