Greece Nation Accelerator Bonus at University

I suggest that the nation's advantage of Greece be used to complete research at the university. The advantage applies to the library, armory, buildings, etc. But it doesn't apply to college. Greece loses part of one of its strengths at the university. It could also apply to factory etc...

Something should be done to help Greece. I play all the civs and Greece is only useful on newish accounts.
