guild shorted guild XP after war

See pics for proof, we only gained 190 axp but were supposed to get 601. Also I got a notification after the war that the alliance had reached level 3 even though due to this issue we didn't get level 3. Please address this issue TinSoldier Nb4powerup

TinSoldier According to tin dude it's working as intended yet my alliance got no axp and the other team did! Don't worry it's working though. https://imgur.com/a/YnuGs thing is they told me it wasn't active yet for my alliance but if that's the case why did the other alliance get there axp. And if that's the case why did the instant matchup after Dutch warlords have an alliance with level 2. But it's working according to tin metal guy.

We have issue after issue with the War and GP systems.
First, we were unable to get a match for weeks, then GP at stake was reversed, and now a Novelty.... Glory wasn't awarded and AXP even when awarded was not what summary screen showed and we didn't even level up!
Are you sure programmers really know what they are doing? Quite frankly I think they don't...
Why can't you fix some issue in the system without breaking something else???

We do have a bug where the AXP numbers can appear different in different places. It was added to the known issues thread, and a fix is being made.

AXP wasn't earned in World Wars until after all players were updated to 5.7. I can peek into some of the Alliances listed above to see if your wars matched up with the start of Alliance XP.

Is this still the case? From what I can see, Global Forces is nearly Alliance Level 3.

From the screenshots provided, and from what I can see with my tools, it looks like your Alliance earned 319 AXP from that war. It wasn't enough to move to level 2, but your opponent did receive enough to level up. It looks like you're level 2 now!

Actually never mind I'm over this issue tin guy starting to sound like cs. I can't paint a clearer picture then big red yellow circles. You using your clan tools after we have had 2 wars when we won axp when it should be 3 but only 2. Wish you guys the best. We get AXP in one war and then we get less than half the amount on the next one? What got broken in between?
And not only that, what do you have to say about Glory, is that system broken again?
My Alliance should have gained 270 GP, where are they?

That means we will never get our Glory and AXP back?

How nice that you added it to known issues, but short term that doesn't help.
Quite frankly, if you were able to match us up manually when we couldn't get matched for weeks, you can do whatever you want, in the meantime, why don't you manually award us with the Glory and AXP our summary reports are showing? Those reports are clear, we are not asking for more, just what we rightfully earned that's all....

TinSoldier, we earned about half of what the summary screenshot is showing, meaning we should be Level 3 by now, not close to Level 3.
And what about Glory....? That was 0

We have the same issue, we've had 3 AXP wars since it was turned on... We got XP in the first, and XP in the third, but we received nothing for the middle one.
CS acknowledged there was a problem at the time and that the developers were looking at it, but this thread appears to suggest that's not the case?

We've had 2 wars. The first war we got more than we should have. The second war we got far less than we should have. The result is we have less than we should if it worked as it should.

You can earn 319 AXP without leveling up. You need 325 AXP to reach Level 2.

What about Glory? We didn't get any either!

Just check Prime post, we won the war, but no Glory was awarded.
what are you guys going to do with that, Summary screenshot clearly states we should have been awarded with 270 Glory...

I apologize for all of the confusion.

We rolled out a fix yesterday for the bug where AXP was showing at different values in different places. You should now see all AXP values add up correctly across the board.

Magenia I'm sorry I missed the issue with Glory. From the screenshots, I can't see what your starting number was, or what prevented you from earning the 270 glory. Could you please raise the issue with CS? They should be able to investigate further.

TinSoldier, I already sent two tickets, where I explained everything including our Glory when war started and what should it be after war ended, one that same day and one the day after, and I received the usual response, that they are investigating, and would send all information to the proper department and that resolution would come in due time.
If you want I can send a third ticket, since, as you can see CS hasn't been of much help, but I really think, this issue will need to be escalated, otherwise I'm afraid it might take forever, and quite frankly, I don't want to let go and lose some rightfully earned Glory...
