How did you lose medals?

There's so much talk about losing medals lately l was curious what the different circumstances amongst players might be.

I've personally lost medals because of the new battle timer glitch: enter the battle but end without deploying troops, still lose medals.
People are saying they've lost medals when crashing during wars - which is just fubar .....!
Some people are saying they're losing medals in neither of these scenarios.

I'd like to know what your particular scenario is/was. Share it here.

I fully agree with all what you wrote under this topic, but I don't unterstand why Nexon cannot fix the problem. Since we have all crashs and medal losses without reason we have lost motivation and a lot of very activ players. We trust Nexon, but now will see solutions asap.

I used to have a monthly budget for topping up my crowns and only really went over that when they had crown sales but l was surpised how much it added up to since last April (2015). I have to sincerely thank Nexon for setting me straight - moving forward this money will now go towards next year's holiday. Thank you Nexon!!

That is just about 100% how I feel about this game, Nexon and those Muppets who are ducking and diving within the loop of this game and it’s customers. I am not going to repeat what you have so eloquently laid out in the above post, but I will say that I am one of those who has had enough of the shonky behaviour of the owners as well the lack of basic fair honest treatment of its customers. I have been robbed of over 450 medals since this game became Super Grubby over the last 2 weeks. I was number 4 on the Top 100 player ranking and I am now looking at alternative ways of getting Nexon to try and understand that this delinquent behaviour has to come to an end. Good luck Nexon, great Game! Bad ethics and terrible disrespect for its loyal Customers.

How about Nexon, you and your grubby little admin friends front up and compensate your customer base for the real loses they incurred? Guess we are all, “Just another brick in Nexon’s wall?”

My alliance co-leader has lost 400 medals because of this bug and understandably is very upset. Still no word of a resolution. We are losing faith in the integrity of this game.

Hi Ravenlord. You were right they won't restore my medals but because its 'unfair' to other players. I will be writing up all the details in the next hour or so but just to let you know they are trying had to dodge the problem. Also Seraphine is clearly a patsy for Nexon having refused to engage with my statements. Like you, I have now placed an embargo on all purchases of crowns. I will also be writing to Apple suggesting they are promoting a game that has quite literally stolen from its players.

I am from Rebel cats...our alliance members are also in the same spot like you. We are loosing medals like anything too. I can tell you about myself. Friday night thru Sat morning, during my 15hr PT, I lost 82 medals w/o even going into pvp battle or WW. Week before that I lost 114 medals. That complaint is still pending. every time I chase, a new muppet comes up with the age old jazz. I'm trying to be technically correct n patient in waiting for Nexon to repost my medals. If they can not, they need to return my money/crowns purchased/spent. Not ranting randomly...if it means I have to stop playing I will do so. I will make an example out of this. After all I feel that the money I spent, financed someone's salary. So they are ANSWERABLE. I am willing to test their legal advisory board this time ( we have already seen their techie side...did we not??!!!)???

For everyone's information, I have transcribed Nexon's messages to me earlier today and are copied here. I will be posting in a new content in a new thread from tomorrow but will be supported by members of the leading alliances. The delay is due to drafting letters that carry the most detailed analysis from all sources and is for the benefit of all players.

These two posts to my account came following repeated requests for my medals to be returned or restored. I have continually posted a message every hour for the medals to be returned before and after each CS replay. At this stage I have not made comment about 'fairness' or the contradictions in both messages.

Please know that the issue you have experienced is still being investigated. We cannot grant you any medals restoration for this will be unfair to others who were denied of the same request. While I fully appreciate the significance of the issue you’re experiencing, I#m afraid that adjusting your medals is not something we can provide. I’m deeply sorry for any frustration and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

You won't get medals restored - that's a given. The best you can hope for is crowns, but don't hold your breath.

Just bumping this up. At least they've fixed the ''if you enter the battle timer then end without deploying troops, you will lose medals'' issue. (Tried it ingame)

Ravenlord, come up to Nelson Bay...where the beer is colder....Murrays Breweries is a heartbeat away. Bring your Sheila with you, it's only 2 hours up the road, so we don't need to all sleep in one swag. She can drive you home.... Ok, back to the medals losses. I have a different problem then the other people. My game crashes during multiplayer and I get kicked to base, I find that I am +39 medals, all my troops are miraculously maxed out, blessings, curses, tic tacs, the lot....everything is maxed and replenished? When I tell Nexon about my bug, they tell they are looking into it AND they send 600 Crowns!!!! Damn it.
