How many medals have u lost from connection issues since u started playing?

Hello, well going by the title it's kinda self explanatory. What prompted me to write this post was losing 39 (more) medals due to a disconnect, letting CS know (not that they don't have a novel of my messages by now) and given the same generic response like Idk who's fault this is...hello Nexon! :0)

But this 1 was special because it was without the yellow circle of death, 1 minute I was bombing and pillaging an easy IA base and then boom! Come back on to c my troops gone (not too big a deal) but 39 medals as well (ouch).

So my question is how many medals do u think (ballpark it) you've lost since u started playing? Me...easily over 1000, probably closer to 1200. This doesn't include WW lost att.s either which r a plenty as well.

And this question is for Nexon (which will b answered by Nb4/Seraphine...if at all). If u have no means of reimbursing lost medals (u know that your game steals from peeps) why do we lose them? Why not throw away the battle if connection issues occur instead, especially when the fault is your own?

Can anyone tell/show me how to make a cool footer? Thx.

Ive crashed a few times before I got a star and lost medals. Maybe 5x in the probably thousands of battles since they improved the network issues a few months back. Ive of course crashed more than just those 5x, but those were the only ones where it happened so early it cost me medals. Im sure Ive gotten an equal amount of defensive victories to offset that as well, by my opponents having the very rare crash. I watch replays of my defensive wins and have seen a few where it ended abruptly with troops still left, but the overwhelming majority are not due to crashes.

But, when I crash I usually lose an hours worth of training time, 2k oil to retrain planes, a gen for 22 hours, etc....so even though I dont lose medals those mid battle crashes still really hurt.

They do hurt, there's got to be a way Nexon can do something where u don't lose almost everything when u crash/get disconnected.

For me out of the more than 10 thousand attacks that I have done so far, it might be more than 1200.

Also the fact that as soon as your game loses connection to nexon server, others are already able to scout your base, even when you are in the game, as long as the yellow circle of death is revolving on your device. And then when you close your game/finally get a pop up screen from nexon that you lost connectivity, and try to login, you will already be getting attacked by someone else, so that adds to the frustation and further increases your lost medal count due to the network crash.

Also recently there wasnt any circle of death, the game would just suddenly pop up a network connectivity lost msg and bang! everything gone!

Happened so many times, that I finally resorted to the bottom leagues a month back back after being in empire/dynasty for more than 5 months. And I am smiling more often now

Lol I forgot about that fact (losing connection then getting scouted to death or attacked) especially when u break a peace treaty early and have both the training/tactic blessings going. I would've dropped them awhile back too, but I am trying to make the medal lb. Though most days (when I lose medals by connection issues) I think about it more and more.

The challenge of hitting 3200 and getting 2m crowns, putting a tick on the achievement box. Or carry on to 5000 medals. Same as the rest of the game, set your own personal target for playing or everybody may as well quit around bronze age.

And to a certain degree they do protect your resources, above 2400 you get more folk stealing medals than oil/gold/food.

And best of all, you can play the absolute minimum amount of time possible.

Well Im in the 2200-2600 medal range for 6-7 months... sometimes need to give up a few medals on empty attacks, just because from 2500 Im getting the no opponent message. Dont care at all to lose a few on dc. Getting to 2600 is not a hard task, and once you will be there anyways, so 1k crowns will be yours, sooner or later. The next level is now too time consuming...
