How does mongols coalition influence AR?

I watched some replays and it seems that mongols coalition increases the duration of AR. But does it increase attack and defense bonuses?

Mongols should not effect AR at all as it only increases the damage done by a tactic so only Demolition and Barrage should get the effects of it. With AR the troops do the damage not the tactic. As I said should not however who knows.

decoy gets affected by that coalition. You can see that by the number of soldiers inside the decoy

So is it then an actual % increase in whatever the tactics does? e.g. healing %/healing duration, sabotage duration and so on? If that is the case they urgently need to change the description as it is very misleading (currently it should only affect Barrage and Demolition as stated above). I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case, as there are many ambiguous descriptions elsewhere in the game.

Perhaps someone could test this once wars come back.

I tried Mongols + my level 3 Assault Rallies a few wars back (after someone mentioned that it might affect them). I couldn't see any difference. Considering the bonuses from a level 7 mongols, I certainly was not seeing 52% improvements in durations, attack speed or damage. 52 seconds of duration would change AR level 3 from 14 seconds to 21 seconds. There's no way that happened.
