How to stop the guerillas?

The guerillas are blowing up everything in my city! They are invisible to the towers and such, and my defending troops takes to long time to kill them. Any tips?

Always have alliance troops in your TC, activate 3 generals, research resistance so your army buildings spawn troops, swap to the Kremlin so farms spawn troops, keep your SAMs armed, put a wall all around your city with no gates, spread out your garrisons, tank depots and bunkers, swap to the Pentagon and activate an extra general, finish Saladin for his Hold the Gates capstone, finish Sellasie and build a rocket arsenal. Doing all that will slow them down. A bit.

Guerrillas don't go after farms, so those farms won't be spawning troops until some other troops destroy them, and those troops will likely be the targets for the troops that popped out of the farms. Most of the other suggestions might help somewhat, as you say. Doing upgrades, researches, and artifacts that increase the hitpoints of your defenses and walls will also help by occasionally forcing to the guerrillas to attack them multiple times.

I switched from a heli/bazooka army to a guerrilla/bazooka army for that very reason. Also, I use planes to take out defenders so my saboteurs have an easy time. There's no real way to take sabos out unless you have fast spawning troops and well placed traps.
You could leave strategically placed openings or gates in your walls, the saboteurs will use these instead of trying to blow up walls. Place traps near those openings or gates, position spawning buildings near your towers, etc. Funnel the saboteurs to where you want them to go. That's about all you could do.
They are hard to stop in later ages and maybe that's Nexon's way of helping us with hard bases. Sucks for you but it sucks for everyone equally.

Strengthen your defenders and your air defence/towers. Reduce the damage and HP of the guerillas in your museum.
