HULK of Romania 2017 is a serial cheater

We all have been reporting this guy for weeks of not months now. First he had 6 or 7 Air Defences, then he had 5 Tank Depots, then he had 2 Libraries.

Old thread about Romania 2017 has been closed and we've been told they'll keep an eye out on him and appropriate actions will be taken.

TinSoldier I just had a look and HULK is still cheating.
I know for sure he has 2 War Academies and, if I'm not mistaken 2 Libraries.

Why is he still allowed to play this game AND cheat like its going out of fashion? It is very, very frustrating watching people like him and other alliances get away with it for soooo long.

they cant do anything for case like this.
so many player report a cheaters,but they just response with BLA BLA BLA.

Actually they can and they have. His base been rolled back from 244 down to 238 and they've taken away his Atomic white walls but he IS a serial cheater, why give him sooo many chances?

I just checked and he's level 235 now and I only see one library and one war academy.

I did report him earlier on and CS replied pretty much straight away (surprisingly) saying they'll look into it ASAP.

Maybe I should've taken a screenshot...
