I can't login

I have been trying to login all day without any success, it seems the game cannot connect to the Internet and just stuck on the login screen indefinitely. Any solution or suggestions please to resolve this. cc Nb4powerup

Same problem here , It happened to me 2 days ago the game crashes at loading screen i tried many devices without any thing but the app and tried very strong connections (I used iphone 6s ,Ipad mini 4 and Ipad pro ) and the game crashing always i even tried android ,once the game showed my ID it crashed . The problem is i logged in with one of my friend accounts and it worked so it is my account problem , i contacted CS and support three Game masters replied to me first one said he exhausted all the possible ways and he escalated it to further investigation ,then i contacted cs again to have an update and the second one is like he knows nothing and started from the begining and saying same things about connections and RAMs the general things u know , i told him the problem is not at that at all it is from the game side , then third one replied to me and said no problem in my account . So how could others play the game with my device and my internet when using their account but when logging with mine the game crashes . I am in aloop and no one from cs or support giving me a true help it is an account problem for sure i am 2 years player lvl 193 and dynasty III . please help

Hours later... still no log in possible and no anouncement from Nexon.
1. Nexon screen
2. Dominations screen
3. Green bar load complete. None of the instruction sentences appear.
4. Nothing happens.

AN Update :
I have sent them videos showing them my problem hope it helps , i also contacted Seraphine , and seraphine advised that their raised another ticket and will contact me within 24 hrs . i am now in 4 days without account and can not reach my alliance , losing battles and medals beside the event . I am lvl 193 and dynasty , so keep playing is a must to maintain my position , Hope they fix that and i will update

The same thing that happened yesterday as described by Carsten is repeating itself, I can't login once again. I just wish they would get a permanent fix for this problem.

I am really upset and frustrated 2 years of playing and now the fear of loosing every thing . i saw my base from one of my friends account and my medals dropped , 4 days without attacks , empty bankers and opened traps and my alliance may included me in war since every time i tried to login and the app crashed i appeared online on alliance screen (i Saw that by one of my friends account ) and the event for me is gone , why this happening ?????

Update 2 :
No one from support team side contacted me ( last email from them was 30 hrs or more ago ) , Still the same problem , i sent them two emails to update me without answer .now i am going to finish 5 days without the ability to login (U can Imagine the losses ) . I am so upset and sad as such a great game turning to be like that :(:(:(:(:(:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I really feel your pain, which channels have you used to contact Customer service?

I contacted support team ,I submitted my issue and then I am contacting by mails.first one was game master Jay he said he exhausted all immediate ways and failed so he escalated the issue , second one game master Billy and he started from the beginning like he knew nothing then third one game master coi he said no problem in my account so I had to explain again then be said he will do other ticket . Then I contacted seraphine from the community and then seraphine said they will reach me within 24 hrs but they did not contacted me ,I sent them many mail as I need to be updated and even I sent them videos to explain the issue ,I am level 193 and an old player not naive to fall in device and connection problem it is account thing since any other account works on the same device with same network , but mine nooooo , before this incidence I had two issues first was I do not get peace treaties and reported that ,then I had a problem in joining alliances and they fixed that after two times , I am suffering from this game and nexon do not care or even fix my issues

Update 3 :
- I sent Nb4powerup my id hope this help .
- I just received a mail from supporting team (Chris) since two days : he said he wanted to touch base and letting me know that they are still investigating , he said he has not additional information for me and he will return with updates asap and thanking me for contentious patience
- My contentious patience now is nearly 6 days . Event chance is lost , More upgrades chance is lost , Medals are lost , Contacting alliance is not possible , Wars i can not participate , Probability that my alliance may kicked me or will not be able to trust me in the future is increasing and above all that i am now very angry of the losses i am suffering with each day continuing with this issue besides the money (which is lot ) i spent on this game as a way to boost my upgrading and encouraging for people who made this great game to continue and developing (It reminds me a lot with red alert )
*****The positive sign today is the finally cared and replied to me (not with much ) but at least i am sure now they are there and investigating ********
