i need answer my medals set to 0 and kicked out of alliance why???reach

my medals were set to 0 after reaching 2100 and i have been kicked out of my alliance i cant even join any anymore why????

Same over here Strider. I have contact the Dominations Support yesterday. Hopefully they can fix our issue...

same over here. down from 1500 medal to 0. When i want to join new alliance it said that i already member of an alliance

We had this happen with a mamber. She was listed as being in the alliance, but could not see us in her device. We even kicked her so she could rejoin. BHG had to fix it for her
