As we know Dominations have a lot of historical information and it's kind of the core of the game.
I thought of this extra feature. It won't effect the game at all but i think it's nice to have it.
An Encyclopedia:
1. A brief description about each age once you reach it, like important events, inventions or discoveries.
2. Summary of each nation history (could be in general or up to which age you are in)
3. You can view all troops mercs and wonders here and view their info (the small question mark atop their portrait), even the troops you can no longer see because of upgrades you can still go back and read about them.
4. It should show all nations for all players.
Example:
German nation player just unlocked the vandel unit in the iron age. He can read about and about the equivalent units like the legion and samurai, same goes for heavy cevarly if you unlock the horseman you can read about the companion and chivelry from Greek and French nations.
Same for ages. A Roman nation player in medieval age can read the history or summaries or his nations and other nations at that point in history.
Ofcourse all troops records will be their like if player want to go back and read about nubain archers or spearman he still can.
Thanks hope you like the idea.
