Invasion Event!

Your populace is itching for a fight and wants to invade your foes! For a limited amount of time, Ranged Infantry, Ranged Missile Mercenaries, General Cleopatra, Guerrillas, and Bomber Planes will do twice as much damage, have twice as much health, and train twice as fast! Buffalo Soldiers and General Ferdinand Foch are twice as strong for the duration of this event! Don't forget that Foch has a powerful aura buffing nearby troops even further. The traveling merchant will also bring Longbowmen and General Lady Death, which are both twice as strong!

The event lasts from 1/17 15:00 UTC to 1/21 15:00 UTC.

"Ranged Missile Mercenaries" are the following units: Nubian Archer, Greek Javelineer, Chinese Hand Cannon, Tercio, Legionnaire, and Irish Peacekeeper.

i like 2x training speed but i dont like these 2x dmg & hp events.. it makes the game so wacky it should only happen as april fools day event, if ever. at least its not fighters this time

Cool event considering I'm German and don't use any of these units though been trying the guerrillas finally because of the buff to them and they seem decent now. Well I can see the current war opponent coming at my base with Lady Death now as they all have estates. Thanks game. And please troop chests, not speed chests.

So I used the bomber to see what it's like with these buffs but it died very fast because I hadn't realise the event hasn't started yet lol

Yep I've wanted the bomber to work but it just doesn't as well as the others which is a shame because it's my favourite of the 3 types of aircraft :'(
