Is MENS SHOP a developer?

I've seen this "player " on the player board for quite some time now and is always one of the highest up, but no one can seem to access the base and he/she/it is lev 152 or something. I was wondering what kind of average player would be that high on level and block others from accessing their base. Does anyone have any info?

This is old news. He's a hacker. He had a stack of illegal troops and buildings and was ranked number 1 a few weeks ago. I reported him to the in-game customer service system, as did many other players...at least a month ago. He was attacking like crazy a few weeks ago, and also had Industrial Age troops. It seems BHG/ Nexon disabled his account somehow...he no longer attacks and you can't visit his base either.
