Issues with Alliance Gate. No one can join.

So I paid the 50,000 coins to create an alliance for me and my friends to play in. Well, once they unlocked their gates, they can't find my alliance. I am in my own alliance, but even if I search it, nothing comes up. I have tried changing the name, changing the requirements, etc, but still nothing. My friends say they can find me and see I'm in my alliance but they can't search and find it. Did I really waste 50,000 coins?

Hi Ceedubbie,

I've heard a lot of people get tripped up with the Clean Language Filter while looking for Alliances. Double check if you have your Alliance set to clean language or not, and then make sure your friends search with that in mind. If it's a Clean Language Alliance, have them search for it with the Clean Language Filter checked on. If you're not Clean Language, make sure they uncheck it. Hope this helps!

All in all, they really need to add better functionality for finding friends and adding them to your friends list and/or alliance.

I have sent one up and cannot invite people to the alliance even set to invite only.

Hey Andy, The best way to invite other players to join your alliance is by setting your alliance type to 'Invite-Only', this will allow other players to request to join your alliance.
