What is indisputable is that some players like LitanyOfFire get artefacts like the above based on pure chance, while some players will never see them.

I can't say I like the museum, honestly. But they have planted it in our game, so I guess we need to cope with it. It's not fair indeed. I never spent any money in this game, yet I still play for 3 years, so we will survive without reaching deep into our pockets
And everything about algorithm and 'chances' in this game is all BS, but the game must go on

I have stopped updating, but I was seeing no change. 11% is around 5%, 6% is around 35%. For Jewelry, the odds of getting the top 2 lines as all resources or oil looted at 6% or 11% is around 1% (2/7 * 0.4 * 2/7 * 0.4 = 0.013 or 1.3%).

And now you have an artifact you are looking to improve it - you are looking for something better. It makes sense that it is harder to find it, and it feels like it has been nerfed. It hasn't.

Learn to adapt and enjoy the game.
