It shouldn't be this hard to play a game.

Currently now when I'm connected to 4G I get logged out after 2mins. No matter what I am doing in game. I get the spinning ring of death and a no network connectivity err. All actions are undone and I get logged out again after another 2 mins. This was since the global update.

I could only play when I'm on WiFi. But now since a few days ago, I'm also having problems when on WiFi. After each battle, I get a double spinning ring, a time out err and all my troops are gone.

Contacting CS was frustrating. They didn't read my previous complaints to CS and just ask me the same old automatic questions again.

I'm on Samsung note4. Latest OS update. I regularly clear my Ram. I close all running programs before logging in. I off the in game sounds. I uninstall / reinstall numerous times. I did a ping test on both my WiFi and 4G. Both are optional and furthermore I have no issues with similar games, browser or video streaming.

They keep implying that the problem is on my side. Phone or network.

I don't get it. What is the problem here. It shouldn't be this hard to play a game, should it? Is this the end of my Dominations journey? If I hadn't already invested so much time and money into this game, I would have quit the game long time ago. I feel I have been very patient all this while.

Nb4powerup please enlighten me. Is it time for me to quit the game for good?

Nb4powerup I am very intrigued to hear if you have anything for this too! I've had the exact issue with both my 3G and LTE since the update. This mobile game has simply become a home game for me!

The strange thing is if I use my Vpn on 3G/4g, i can play but without it I also have the same spindle disconnect. It's as though the domination servers have trouble connecting with some isp addresses

Hey BV123 , have you heard anything further on this? Contacting CS is the usual dead end for me, no matter how many times and different ways I try to explain the situation. Always "disable sound", "make sure other apps are closed", etc... Then closing the issue without actually asking for feedback.

No Mike.... I'm resolved to not get agitated any more by all these and just play when I'm on WiFi.

I have all but given up on trying to get CS to resolve this issue. Keep getting a robot response each time with the same old questions and suggestions. Don't they read my answers in my previous emails to them?!

I am having the exact same issue. Every normal attack results in the attack finishing with the spinning ring of kiss my ass showing and the the please wait until disconnection error. War attack work fine. I've made 500 crowns by trying to get cs to fix the issue. A factory reset resolved the problem for 18 hours or so but then started to happen again. I then rooted my tablet (Samsung galaxy tab s) and loaded a custom rom. That worked for almost three days and I thought that I had managed to resolve it. This morning the same thing. I've been forced to delete the game because I can't afford throwing my tablet through the wall. Nb4powerup please please please get cs looking into this. It seems to be a widespread problem happening since the university update to me. Before that never any bugs at all.

I've just noticed another thing. I have reinstalled the app. When I start the app it downloads 29 things/files... I then restore my back up from Google play and the app restarts, it then downloads a further 300 odd things/files... what are the extra files. If I started a new game from scratch I would not need those files? Are those extra files what's causing the issues?

Those files could be later stage content that isn't necessary when starting new from scratch.

Thanks for the answer Nb4powerup any chance of acknowledging a real fault that is being worked on? Or is the canned response the only answer we can ever hope for? In other words should I keep trying or just give up and bin the game?
