I like the way you are helping out new alliances build their teams.This is something the top 100 and all high atomics/global teams hardly do.They just play around themselves, hardly accept low level players , kick them all, then advertise looking for EAs and IAs developed by other teams lol.Makes me think senior teams are the reasons why the game is lopsided nowadays,with top 100 teams falling apart into pieces, players quit, alliances die,merge , or start from the beginning again. It is a cycle these high level teams with senior players create themselves,then whine a lot when things don’t go in their favor . Nothing beats the solidarity of a homegrown team. Domination needs a new breed of players, and unfortunately the high level teams are hardly into it.This is something most of them fail to see , as they all want winning and winning. Just watch and keep an eye on the leaderboard and the ones close under the edge of top 100, many of them has started leaving their teams, and the way it looks like, more will be falling down. Keep it up,helping new players.We are also building our own team tytans network

James 007- Thanks for taking the time to leave a post. Man you hit the perverbial nail on the head!!!! I was in a great alliance with great leaders,but, they always gave their best troops to their friends. I was lucky to get a bone once in awhile. It was very lop sided in my opinion. But I stuck around. Though they did not directly teach me , I listened and read all game chats and alt chats.This way I was still able to learn alot. In my alliance, if you are number 2 or 50 iron, I give my best troops in and out of war. I have members that started as irons and are level 100+now. You reap​​​​​​ what you sow, and those alliances you talked about, well, carma works in wonderful ways.

Well our alliance definitely isn't new but its nice to see others like myself help others to improve play in the game and increase enjoyment of this great game. Always better to help newbies for sure become more seasoned. I'm sure its those like us that really help the other leaders out there sigh with relief that their headaches aren't so many because of the pre education. lol

James and King: I've seen this happen quite a lot in other alliances too and this is why for example we have implemented a rule in our alliance that donation numbers must be maintained in order to continue in our alliance. This doesn't neccessarily mean this number of donations has to be a necessarily huge number by everyone (of course we take into consideration for level). Still there should be a general standard of donations.

Equally another problem I've noticed in other alliances is that many alliances only put their very best people into war because of their obsession to only win. I think personally that this is absurd. Honestly as a long time leader, I think its more inclusive to include every member who is willing and able to be in war. This not only helps them to become better fighters, but it also builds that comradery that will eliminate bias to who people donate to. This all inclusiveness also is very beneficial in building friendships and trust and therefore eliminates the hesitance of those who would be stingy about donating.

Also sure doesn't hurt if you are a leader to push your members towards building up your alliance perks so that it decreased the burden upon the top guys to always be the ones donating.
