Think it's time for a little positive on here. Thanks to the devs for the continued work on working to fix the village swap issue that has plagued so many folks. This coming from someone who has not been affected at all. I only wish you had a way to NOT repair the bases of all these self-entitled people that have demanded refunds and brought bad rep to this game prematurely. Personally, once you fix these unstable servers, I'll be changing my App Store review back to 5 stars, so please keep up the work!

Agreed, finally some positive news. Extremely pleased they have finally broken radio silence and confirmed they are working on stability issues. I know all I wanted was a little communication, hard to be patient when the devs tell you nothing. I'll stop my btchin for awhile ;)

I know that had to have been frustrating. You gotta cut them a little slack tho. Imagine the amount of people they had spamming them on this issue. And it seems their notification system is bugged too.

Have a little empathy. Players are not self-entitled for wanting their money back on a game they can't play. And a week without communication is serious cause for concern. Anything would've helped. However, I am grateful they're communicating again. My anger has subsided.. haha.

I have wrote them many many times on this forum and in-game tickets. They have not replied to my tickets. City name Maelonna, Player ID: 1051545

No response...nothing sayin gthey are working on it at all...my town is not even MINE! it is some other town like 20 levels lower than mine. Different wonders, different layout...nothing is the same..I want my town back! I spent about 70 bucks on this game so far....very frustrating..

I understand your frustration spending money and not being able to play what you spent the money on. My irritation is seeing all the demands for instant fixes and constant personal communication directly from the developers. You guys have no clue how complicated the glitch may have been to find the cause and then fix it. This company is no supercell. They likely do not have a large staff of programmers/customer support agents to accommodate such a large number of tickets. Did they rush the game? You could definitely make that argument. However, as all you money spenders so avidly proclaim constantly, they needed monetary support to progress the game further. So yes, let's look at the current state of the game as a beta with the option to spend money to help it grow. Remember, it was always an option.

This whole post should be shifted to the "general discussion" issue as this section of the forums is for people to post about "bugs and known issues". Like a boss, if you think people are self-entitled because they cannot use a game that they have paid money for, that's up to you...but post it on the correct part of the forum, because its your opinion, and does not help players seeking empathy or solutions to serious game glitches. I noticed most of your posts involve little digs at people who been affected by game problems. Perhaps you get pleasure from other people's misfortune?

Mate, you don't understand anyone's frustration! As you state... "This coming from someone who has not been affected at all". When I downloaded the game I didn't see anything telling me that this game was "beta". I assumed it was fully working. If I knew it was "beta" mode with issues, I would have thought twice about spending money on it.

You know, he's right. I feel so ashamed. I paid actual money for a game that didn't work and then had the temerity to complain. Makes me remember all the times I've had the cheek to fuss when I pay good money for crap goods. Like the time I went in for a hernia operation and woke up missing my left foot. I guess the hospital just needed a few more dollars to train the surgeons properly. Or that time I flew to Vegas and both the wings separated from the plane. Self-entitled me was screaming in horror and cursing United Airlines to Hell. I should've just sat quietly as we augured into the desert floor and understood that that was just my lot in life. I have to say thank you to the original poster - now I don't expect a kiss when I'm getting proper f%#*ed.

What the original poster does not seem to understand is that most people would be happy if they just communicated with us. But they don't! We can understand bugs with a new game but, they can at least be active on the forums and let people know the issues are being worked on.

Bugs and problems are to be expected in games like this.

I believe whats even more frustrating than the actual bugs themselves are when players cant get any communication from developers.

In fact thats probably the worst thing developers if games can do... stop communications with players, especially during major issues.

Makes players wonder if developers have quit or if they just dont care or are incompitent.

Alot of players spend countless hours and dollars on games like this.

Most important thing for us is that we are kept notified by developers that they are aware of said issues and are working on them...

Very easy for them to post a thread or send a mass message to players.
