Late Game Japanese Town Center

As I move up I feel like it just becomes a very weak watch tower. My lvl 8 Watch Tower is 250/sec when my Town Center is only 174/sec. I would feel much better if it matched my highest Watch Tower like so with Garrisons or Stables, or if it became a Cannon Tower.Just thinking, i wouldn't want it to be OP or anything. Thoughts?

Yeah, the TC attack should match highest Watch Tower attack, just like the defenders match highest garrison

Yeah.... no. Health and range diff and defender spawns would make that a PITA, then again, the Japanese do need a buff...
