Link old android device to new ios device

Dear all,

I'm new to Dominations. I have problem when try to link my Domination progress on an android device to my Ipad. When i put transfer code on Ipad from my android it said "we can't connect this GAMECENTER account to the linked game because it is already locked to the current game.".

I was played Domination some time on that Ipad so it have an old game.

Is there any way to link between android and IOS. Please help.
