List of all new and old bugs + players requests

Hey guys we can use this thread to regroup in one post all the unsolved bugs and the best requested improvements. Please do not hesitate to post the bugs/improvements that don't appear in this list and I'll add them in the first post. With the hope that @DomiNationVigiles will show this to the developers or if one developer connects in the forum.

Here is the list.

New Bugs since the update:
- Broken A.I, all units are now taking extremely stupid decisions.
- Units breaching walls
- No more 10% Forest Clearing Cost Reduction
- Quests of enlightenment age available in earlier ages

Old bugs still not solved :
- Cheaters, cheaters, cheaters, cheaters everywhere and no ban, no fix, no reaction !
- Cheaters villages with more than allowed buildings
- Cheaters steal loot by rallying in the last second on a building and got that building ressource
- Cheaters use more than allowed number of troops and tactics
- Cheaters has more than allowed trade goods
- Cheaters can't be attacked
- Game Freezes during Battle or Battle Search
- Village Swap
- Unfair free crowns distribution
- "You're being scouted" message lasting too long
- "Connection error" message lasting too long

Players top requested improvements:
- Better customer service
- Alliance Wars
- Global Chat
- Upgrades cost less
- Upgrades duration lasts less
- Rebalanced Nations
- Wonders more effective
- Vault system like in Boom Beach
- BHG Staff presence in the game's forum
- Admin presence in the game's forum

I noticed the 10% forest reduction was no longer there... but the library research calls it a refund so I am not sure if you pay full price and then get 10% back once it's done?
Can anyone confirm that the 10% no longer works?

I have also not had this happen since the patch... will post back here if I do though.

Hi everyone! We're working on a new format for known issues - thanks for helping out!

Can you let us know what known issues are being worked on? Do we have an eta? As it stands since the last update I am pretty much done with this game. Troop recruiting takes too long now with the new system forcing me to recruit so many more. Now I can't save up enough resources for my upgrades. Once your over 1 million or so the down time is a killer. You lose more than you can gain before your troops are finished. I'll be damned if you expect players to pay double or more crowns to speed it up since the patch.

And with the lack of a response to your player base crying foul on your part I bet I am not the only one exploring different games that are worth putting some coin into.

Okay, so cheaters started black markets for crowns now. It's disaster for this game. 10 usd for 14000 crowns lol. Did BGH recently fired any developers recently ? )))

Hi all, Since last week : - in 1 night, Nexon level up my nation 56 to 66..... - Impossible to give or receiving troops. -everyday, I send message to Nexon, but no answer..... - troops stupid and very less strong....

Did you even read the update details? Buildings provided more experience so everyone had an increase in level due to extra experience. I see so many of you idiots who didn't read and posting all the complaints about levels. Complaints should be for real issues. I'm tiring of seeing all these postings about level increasing.

because nexon/BHG doesnt act at all on any of the user's complaints.
I do not expect them to block a whole continent...

Hi DomiNationsVigiles there are couple of player have the issue of medals been set to 0 and kicked off the alliance.

I was a Alliance Leader and I just got kicked and couldn't raise my medal back. Also when attempting to join other alliance. It's says I'm currently in a alliance...

Nathan Win, You idiots, 10 level in 1 night not possible, even if you upgrade all building (Time building 24h)... Go back playing in your sand box....

I loved the game very much, the game was better than CoC but then somehow many cheaters appear and ruin the whole game. i just hope dev acts faster than the cheaters, it looks like the game cheaters are more professional than the developers

Same with hunting animals, more like 5%
And the trade goods looted after a raid, I can count on one hand what I've received since the update and that is from about 40 raids

No diamond ever received since the update also not on 5 star victory, wich is only possible to achieve with tactics, mercenaries and request troop support.

It totally sux, nexon really wants you to buy those crowns...
