Lugal Event Ends 3 Days Early

TinSoldier wtf happened to the Lugal Event? Its still active but library research is at FULL cost as of this morning and its not 5/16 yet.

I still see it as being active in my game: Heavy Weaponry Chapter 1 offered for 7,500 Oil (instead of 15,000 Oil) and Nationalism CHapter 5 for 45,000 Oil (originally 90,000 Oil).

Which techs in particular are appearing at full cost?

not on my alt. library research that cost 1.6 mil food was discounted to 800k. this morning it shot back up to 1.6 mil
