Maintenance Peace Treaty

Another thought here. I think that because of all this dang maintenance that happens, they should set everyone in a peace treaty of some sort when the game comes back up. I've seen a few times the game come back up before their stated time so that means the most people who play the game dont sit by their devices waiting for it to come back up so there are a lot of people who have lots of easy resources to steal.

Really it would be nice to know about maintenance rather than just being booted but a peace treaty like a 4hr one would be nice for those who arent glued on it.
