Right now, some university leader capstone is so unattractive, leader such as catherine, saladin and sulaiman have weak capstone bonus. For me this is ridiculous, because player need to spend years with many citizens to get it done.
Nexon should make their capstone worth, something worth more than nation unique advantage, because changing nation is much much easier than finishing those capstone.
