There were bugs with opening the chests, at least in my experience, so that's why they removed them. The open screen got stuck.

This one was more chain yanking than his usual terribleness. 400 ruby chests, another interesting ruby chest option, and then pulled away before I had a chance to buy. Now I'm sitting on maxed rubies with nothing interesting to spend them on.

This "bug" was fixed in hours, why is hold the gates and university research , still under "ivestigation' and not been fixed or updated for a new staus, waiting band writing letters isn't my idea of fun and relaxing which is what a game is supposed to provide, FACT I spend real money on entertainment and lost that investment to bugs and issues specific to areas of the game.i have spent large amounts of money , not another dime until hold the gates and the university pwrks work in war !!

I would imagine that some bugs are easier to fix than others. Like in the real world some issues, even while super important (e.g., drugs, world peace), are much more difficult to solve than others (potholes in the road). Im sure the devs want to get all the leader capstones working right. They probably spent a lot of time/effert/creativity designing them, so it probably matters more to them even than you, if you can believe it.

I believe it, like I believed them when they said they’d fix the tactics training bug, and when they said they’d fix the TC increased radius, and when they said they’d fix the alliance troop glitch, and when they say things like ‘’we listen to the community’’ but implement things we don’t want, like MP being a retailer instead of a trader.
But some would say I’m incredibly naive!

but why did you remove the deal? Only couple of people in my alliance got it, rest got shafted cause there arent any good deals in current one...

i am saddened at it; i shall have maximum rubies soon. thusfar there really isn't anything else i'd use them for.
perhaps we will see some variety in useful offers soon.
