Missing estate and citizens

I am missing one of my two estates along with the 3 citizens. Need this fixed ASAP. Buy something with cash and then they just come take it away. Shameful

sorry mate but you are allowed to have only one estate! Probably someone reported you at the CS and they took it away. The mistake is not yours of course. They shouldnt have allowed you to buy a second in the first place.

Then I suppose it is time to contact Apple as Nexon is stealing. May as well ask for all of the money I’ve ever spent with this cheating company back

Well they reimbursed me with crowns, which I guess is fair money-wise, but I miss my 3 citizens
