MRL status

I finished Lib research for MRL

it said that MRL got 1742 Damage per Rocket, and 11 rockets per volley (supposed doing 1742 * 11 = 19162 per volley)

But in actual game play, damage seems much lower, ie it can't destroy a wonder with single volley

Could someone let me know is the damage in display correct ？

it looks closer if DPS, 1742*5.4, around 9k
