Museum Bonus Maximums: Anyone have info?

We were talking about defender spawn time caps in another topic the other day, and it got me thinking about a bunch of other museum bonuses that could potentially break the game. The developers probably programmed in some sort of cap for most perks. I'm wondering if anyone has run up against any caps.

For defender spawn time, obviously the spawn time can't be lower than 0s. But it seems that the spawn time caps somewhere around -40% and -60%. Anyone else observe this?

For war artifacts, I often get artifacts with two perks affecting enemy missile silo damage. I am sitting on two artifacts each with -24% enemy missile silo damage when maxed, giving a theoretical bonus of -48%. It seems easily possible to get that down to -100%. I'd like to see the missile silo do 0 damage, but I doubt the developers would let this happen.

Finally, loot artifacts. With the recent legendary loot artifact (total +60% to oil, food and gold loot), it is possible to get some absurd loot bonuses. For example, I am British (+15% all loot), with upgraded loot blessing (+21% all loot), and two great loot artifacts. These two loot artifacts together, when maxed, will give a total of +95% oil, +90% food, and +60% gold. Add all these bonuses and I would theoretically get +191% oil, +186% food, and +156% gold on every raid I use a loot blessing. Sounds great in theory, but I wonder if there is a loot bonus cap as well. (Side note, I did not buy the legendary loot artifact. Struggled with the decision not to buy, but I have avoided spending money on the game so far and intend to keep it that way).

Who has experience with bonus caps?

Also, I feel like I read somewhere that Legendary artifacts are unique and you cannot have two of the same artifact displayed. If this isn't true, you could theoretically have two of the legendary loot artifact, thereby putting every loot stat above 200%

Has this been published, or is this based on observation?

With HTG + Acropolis, spawn time is already down to 11 seconds. Not much value in grinding out those defensive artifacts for only 1 second drop.

spawn caps are observation.
% caps was in a reply made by korean cs to another player. does dominations cs really know the game? no.

Looted resource Refund seems to cap out at 80% with blessing when I last checked it.
