Museum bug issue

[Mat 3 BloodyBarons]

Hi on my second account, Enlightment Age have upgraded my museum to lvl 2, and after the upgrade I cannot have access to it, and if I go there I’m obliged to restart my game.
I contacted Customer Service and said it’s complicated, please Tim or others help on this issue, because there is a saving upgrade, thanks
