My baby account got banned

Yeah, this is the newest stab from NEXON/BHG

So no war for my Atomic Age account (thanks for that too), and I started to play my baby account again... Well not so much baby anymore - its high end IA in fact. British... Played two great wars, since the big account is out of wars
Today I got a nice present, though. My baby account is banned. CS explained me, that I have used the Stag exploit.
Hm... I remember a few screenshots from a year ago on imgur with dozens of Stags running around - but well, believe me or not, I'm not a hacker. Just a poor Domination's junkie.

Have checked my account over the big one... and found it to be defaulted to a Chinese low level EA account.
Of course CS doesn't want to admit that it is not my account. They say I should refrain from those shady activities in the future. This is what makes me really angry - upon multiple emails they keep saying the same - that I have done something wrong - what is simply not true. They do not even bother to check, keep repeating the same nonsense accusations.
Im here for more than 2 years playing Dominations, Had been through all the good and bad times and enjoyed the most of it. Was cooperating with CS in many cases, submitting bug reports, suspicious accounts and stuff.

I'm considering to leave this community now, this is too much for me. Be good and take care everyone, hope to see you soon somewhere else...

Got the same accusation yesterday - that I "have used an exploit in the game that allows me to Generate a high amount of Stag". As a result, I was banned for 72 hours, my city destroyed and all of my Crowns removed. All I did was using Marco Polo to change some marble to Stags. Maybe 10-15 of them. All legal and according to special event 2 weeks back. Moreover I have never used any scripts or tricks and I even don't know how to use them. I filed a report to Nexon but seems like they don't care. If they don't fix their messup I will never play/pay any of their games ever again. And my friends will stop playing too because You can never know who will be next to be punished for crimes we haven't done.

I know two guys that get banned today for killing too much stags (stags they get from marco polo). I'm not doing the wolf event, I don't want to get ban for killing too much wolfs

They ban you for that, but won't compensate you for the game crashing when you claim 3 stag lures at the same time (and losing the last 2 stags). Typical. I bet the banning is related to the crash bug when claiming a lot of stag lures. Such a shame that they never admit there is a possibility that they are wrong on something, even though they have admitted being wrong in the past.

Yeah, I have also bought some 10 Stags from Marco Polo... killed them ca. a week ago... I wish I'd never do that... CS is not answering and I'm out of the actual war of my alliance

The same for me, banned for 3 days yesterday due to manipulation with number of hunted stags. Final decision despite I tried to argue back, pointing to a mistake on their site. It is surprising especially as it seems to affect more people at once so they had to see an increase in number with the same issue.

Re Marco Polo and exchanging for stags... I had some around 15 as well, used them a time ago, but did not expect it could be the reason. First of all some time passed since that and I bought them and used in good faith. So a bug in the monitoring system? Hard to say.

To be honest this is outrageous! Being a supporter of Nexon/DomiNations for years and also have YouTube channel that Nexon by themselves promote and have made official introduction videos to new Eras it makes me very sad!
Tulejumal is part of our alliance and has been a honest member for 2 years now we see him being demoted from Global Age to Indrustrial Age over a bug that Nexon seems to have in regards of Marco Polo stag purchases.
If this does not get addressed by Nexon you will have a full negative review on my YouTube channel for the 1000 Subscribers as well as 500 member Discord channel we have for DomiNations!

Thank you a lot TinSoldier! Currently a lot of players are afraid to take out their Marco Polo Stags and hoping to see a positive solution from BHG and Nexon.

Seems we finally persuaded them. They started lifting bans. I'm back.

It's true. We have begin lifting the bans on those who had tripped the Stag Lure Issue.
This had been an exploit in the past, and it is my best guess that security was increased recently around Stags.
