Five days ago I logged on and noticed my city was back in the stone ages and instead of being a level 40 medieval age city I had become a level 22 stone age city with some medieval units. Weeks worth of several upgrades had vanished and money I spent had gone up like smoke . It has been 5 days since I sent in a request to customer service and have received no reply. Sadly I am not alone as it seems others are dealing with this same issue. Please notify Apple of this . https://reportaproblem.apple.com As it appears NEXON could care less.
