My village has been swapped for 2 days and got no response from CS

My village has been swapped like everyone issued.. my base is change from lv51 to lv 35.. i already complain to Customer Service but got no response at all.. and for 2 days i cant play my DomiNation. There are already so many bug in DomiNation.. but this is the worst.. i dont even got mail or inbox when my village will become normal again. My Id.. Adrian (Ally: Medan_kia) lv51 Thanks

Sorry to report that some have waited 2 and 3 weeks for village to get fixed. Also don't expect a message response from Customer Service; they don't seem to do that. At least I haven't read any posts in the forums about people getting messages. There's a good game here, if they can get bugs fixed!

I need to apologize: I did get a response from customer service, over a week ago, but did not know. There isn't a notification until you revisit the CS page (behind gears icon). So, keep checking for an update.

...I only got a response to my 2nd complaint though, not the first. So if you don't hear something in a reasonable time frame you might need to remind them you're still waiting.

I had the same issue. I was at lvl67 gunpowder age and 2 days ago I became a lvl26. sent a msg to customer service and no reply. this game is hopelessly broken and customer service is not of any use.
