My war academy is upgrading but it still complete the war tatics quest

The quests are disconnected from the daily life of the village once one leaves the dawn age. These are randomly generated tasks without any links to what upgrades one may or may not have underway.

On in a different note, crown rewards could be increased to make them worthwhile. I never try to hit them consciously unless it is something easy like shipments.
