Some nations in this game need a hefty buff, as they are easily outranked or rendered useless in mid to late game.
Romans: 10% Larger armies is nice, but perchance could we get another buff, the romans were known for their roads and trade routes...
British: Loot bonus, make it scale per age, +1% per age. 21% loot bonus in industrial age.
Greeks: Appealing at first, but due to the long upgrade times and expensive upgrade costs in later ages, this bonus requires precise timing for the x time is free, and the % bonus refund is worthless.
Japanese: Due to minimal economic or offensive bonuses, the peace treaty length is neutralized in order to get upgrades, I'd find this nation better for the player who can't check as often as they'd like. A historically accurate bonus would be an extra caravan and farm, as during the late 1500's, Japan's trade and culture flourished, especially religion, ceremonial practices, and farming.
