Network Error

I was playing along and all of a sudden I get a message: Network Error: You may be experiencing an internet connectivity problem> Please check your connection and try again. Well I have no connectivity issues. I even reloaded the game. YOU HAVE connectivity issues NEXON !

I have the same problem. Customer support is useless. They claim the problem is my connection, even though another iPad (with another usrname) works perfectly. I don't think they read the emails,

I've just had the same issue! for some reason today I cannot get past the loading screen. Keep getting error message saying Network error you may be experiencing connectivity issues.
I have no connectivity issues as can use Iphone to connect to internet to internet etc and have plenty of spare capacity on it, around 7GB. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and game allows me to start new village but when I try and update from Game Centre I get same error report saying connectivity issues.
Need this sorted out as spent time and money on this game!

I receive too this error...It's a week! I play this game on all type of phones and pc and all with internet connection, with wifi and not... I think as Querra. Nexon have network error not us...

Same issues, i cany connect to my games with massage connection error bla bla bla. I have 3 account, 2 account is ok, but 1 account cant open. I was sent email to nexon support, buy the answer is very very make me dissapointed.

I get no error messages, just crashes back to iPad home screen on startup, green bar is just passing Cleopatra's nose. Started 1 week ago.

Not a connection problem because Android account is running merrily at the same time.

Was anybody expecting/getting a reply from in-game CS when it happened?

I can go in the game but i keep getting disconnected every few minutes. The internet connectivity err keep popping up. I requested an Internet ping and it tell me my connectivity is fine. I just updated the game and this has never happened before the recent update.

Every time I need to collect my gold food and oil. Reset my traps and my donation troops gone! Wth!

Yip I use the latest andriod system and I got the network error wank thing as well. CS then proceed to hit you in the nuts with a large wet fish stubbornly saying its our devices. Do us a favor Nexxy me ole pal, rack off with your insulting robotic responses and start believing us.
