Before the last update we usually got a new member very fast after kicking a member. Now it takes ages.. Meaning hours/days
We are open w 800 medals minimum requirement - so that shouldnt be an issue

I have an account on another device so I put your intentions to the test, the first choice when I go to join an alliance is called Morningwood, 19 members, 8 active. One member hasn't logged in for 317 days and four other members for over 200 days. Another search got me Dragon Dynasty, 37 members about half active. Next Twat Muffins, just NO but also 6 members (can't go to war) and none of them active.

I invite all alliance leaders who are upset or concerned by this issue to contact me through Line at JollytheWise so I can provide you with further information and discuss some ideas for remediation of this problem. Check me out. My alliance is called Elite Dominator (horse head flag). We have been around for over a year. I am not suggesting this as a way of poaching players. I regard poaching as unethical

I recently started traveling the Wonderful World of Dominations by visiting different alliances and getting to know the people who play this game. Before the patch, when I leave my home alliance, the gate would give me a list of alliances accepting players near my medal range. These alliances were then organized base on strength of medals. Now, the list is randomized and includes many defunct alliances or alliances with 1 player (likely defunct as well). None of the suggestions were appropriate for late industrial agers in Kingdom. Fortunately, I have the forums to fall back to, otherwise, where would I go? I can see this being a SIGNIFICANT problem for people looking for good, active alliances either the first time, or in lieu of their old one. I understand the need to redistribute players (otherwise it is very hard for small and new alliances to start and grow), but a filter NEEDS to be in place to filter out alliances that are not active or without active leaders. A good alliance kept me in this game and adds an additional dimension, it would be a shame to lose this.

Good point there. I'm guessing it wouldnt be so bad if they could filter out inactive alliances. if they could tell the age of an alliance it was be obvious how inactive it was.

Shouldn't be too hard for them to develop these filters. They already have the tools to show when individuals such as leader/co-leaders last logged on. Just go by that and they should be golden.

It is tragic that good active alliances got no more new recruits and slowly die off, whereas players looking to find a better alliance aren't offered any desirable choices and leave the game eventually. A core pillar of this game revolves around alliance and wars, if this is broken, this game will just spiral downwards and Developers will lose their source of revenue too. Therefore, everyone suffers

I remember a time before wars, in the dim, dark, misty, recent past .... Some of my players aren't huge fans of war but we try to keep everyone happy! And the major thing lacking right now is the old steady replacement of players

Not much changing over the weekend... Influx of new members has stopped... I am very happy we have a very good core of players so we are not as badly affected as others... but still... Kicked 3 members, forgot how many days ago... but close to a week... and so far we got 1 new member... (actually 2 but the second was kicked as he/she failed the new member test; No chat and no donations)...

This "more fair system" is an alliance and game killer...

But Viking Army keeps on annihilating alliances in alliance war :) Currently "Expendabels" is being taught a lesson :)

Nixon, you guys have got to fix this. Me and a core group of players left out old alliance to start a new, more organized one and unfortunately for us, we did so right as the newest update rolled out. We have amazingly skilled players who all follow the rules and coordinate well with one another. We have documented rules and strategies mapped out and knew that we could easily and quickly surpass our old alliance. But with the update, we are still essentially stuck with the same 11 players we had when we started weeks ago! I just don't understand how alliances can go from getting a dozen new members in a day to nothing yet the claim is that it's for the best. I am very frustrated.

Arizona Bay you and your compatriots are welcome to join us: Elite Dominator alliance (horse head flag). We are down fifteen players and the few new recruits who arrive are too weak to participate e.g. Last was level 18!

The market speaks....now maybe nexon will listen.

I actually think they are working like crazy to fix this and to introduce global age, hopefully with relatively minimal bugs. They probably haven't showered in weeks, gaunt, underfed, pale from lack of sunlight, they toil away at their computer screens while we throw the slings and arrows of our outrageous comments, anyone got a bare bodkin? they probably could use it over there....

OK, just found this thread. Having the same thing with our alliance. We used to get at least a person or two a day and now haven't had anyone join in over a week. Can be frustrating when your alliance slowly bleeds away. We've stopped kicking non-contributors and now are even not booting people who fail to participate in a war. We have 25 currently and would love to get back to 40-50 members, but no one shows up.

Is this problem fixed for global age? Isn't it the most pressing one for the last update?

Of course, the war bug mess has the same severity as this now. Hope that they fix both! These are the priority bugs now!

we have perhaps five new members since this problem began. Running 15-15 wars instead of 35-35. Could have run 20-20 this morning if it weren't for the inactives I'm worried about kicking...

I have built my alliance for a year now. I get new allies from 3 sources: forum alliance gate, friends of friends, and in game search. Since the last 2 updates with the changes to alliance search, we may have gotten 1 new member.

It's quite stupid that the devs decide to show the inactive and dead alliances first and cut out the established alliances. Why you want to push new players or players who want a fresh start or a better environment to a dead alliance? It'll start making people get bored of this game. Alliances help people stay engaged and interested in the game.

Please for the sake of the rest of us active and established alliance, bring the alliance search back the way it was. Nobody asked for the change, certainly not the inactive and dead alliances because they wouldn't be on here to engage with the forum community anyway. Ironangel Seraphine
