Each construction will give a little % of effect

And If Build all the construction, it will give +% of effect.

each construction increase stars receiving medals by 1% and if build all it will increase by 90%+ 10% effect and allow one a day call a super star(special general)

each construction will slow down troops on it and increase daily Bonus Leagues by1%
