Nexon, do you really want more "Valkyrie like" departs?

In the last hotfix you - Developers did really well, lot of people started to believe in the good game environment, great job. But now? You promised more communication to players, and with this WW non-matching problem for high level alliances you do 0/zero/zilch communication to us. Why? Why did you promise otherwise? This is the worst PR nightmare you could have done. No communication with top paying players, after you said you will get better in communicating. Incredible.

So Im asking you Nb4powerup (mainly you) and TinSoldier , do you want more " Valkyrie"s? Aka quiting of whole loyal top alliances who hold your biggest paychecks to quit the game by hundreds? Because this is what you are doing right now. How long those players will play this game without option to war? Day, two or a week? Certainly not more. Get us a statement. Real statement.

P.S. More than 15 alliances havent matched for 5 days, thats more than 100 hour search time.

Great post, Max. Beyond the heavyweight alliances, there have been many other issues too. Wars that just stopped in the middle of matches causing glory issues for those that were matched, and those who were hoping the issues with matching were for sandbagging fixes being matched even worse with sandbagging teams, etc.

But, more than the problems themselves...its again essentially the communication probably driving more frustration and disappointment than anything else. There have been vague references to things being fixed a few days ago, they werent too helpful then, and then nothing since. I guess its the weekend, fair to not expect people to always work. But I would hope for something more transparent today. I bet if a statement was released saying 'hi we are trying xyz between now and Wednesday to try and address problem abc', or 'we have narrowed down the problem to xyz and are trying to push a fix today', people would understand what is going on, know what to expect, etc. Instead we log tickets to CS and get garbage/inaccurate responses, official responses in other forms allude to fixes which are inaccurate, etc.

The SOTN gave a lot of hope, but it seems like its back to business as usual.

Totally agree. I know bugs happen. And I hope they are trying to fix it. But the lack of communication and the automatic answers from CS make it worse

Actually I do EXPECT them to work on the weekend.

In the companies i have worked for when we have a major issue(s) with our product that many customers rely on, we have worked over the weekends to get the product fixed.

In the current situation especially id would be requiring my development team to be working the weekends until the major issues are fixed. I would also have my PR team working as well knowing full well we will be discussing the issues on the forum.

Every day that passes without the major issues being fixed is a day closer to people leaving if they havent already left out of frustration.

Yeah. Its a fair point you have too. And, even if no weekends, they've had time to do plenty of effective communication, or at least arm their CS staff with a real response, but theve been unable or unwilling.

Anyway, despite the meaningless canned response from CS, what has been more annoying is the complete silence surrounding the whole Matching issue, and it's true, we are talking about nearly 120 hours of unsuccessful attempts to get us matched.
I think it's about time for someone to address the issue....

I have 2 thoughts as to why there is silence.

1. Nexon/BHG wont allow them to make a post for what ever reason.

2. The dev team has no idea what is causing the problem and is no where near fixing it and thus our Mods cannot give us any information.

This is the biggest bug/issue/whatever you call it since the release of the game, and not a word on it for days! What a shame!!

While I agree its awful, I disagree its the worst bug. Perhaps its the worst bug since the creation of the game from your perspective (which ofc you can only speak to). From mine, sandbagging has been destroying much of the community.. for 10/11 months now. then p2w (sh/tactic changes).. and this was the awesome cherry on top. I do find it somewhat hillarious/hypocritical that certain people are all up in arms over 6 days, when those same people kinda lightly trolled us complaining about sandbagging, which has been destroying our war experience forevers. But like I've always said, All alliances deserve a good war experience, and I truly do hope it gets fixed for everyone soon for the communities sake, its rough.

This sucks because I noticed NB4 hadn't even been on in like 3 days. His last activity was today but I had messaged him a few days ago asking him about my posts not being posted, specifically the Marco Polo ones I post weekly and they have not been going through sooooo.....idk I just haven't received word which is kinda lame :/

Same for DominationsVigiles he hasn't been on for a while.

We got matched with Wondernesia with sandbags..probably the highest alliance we have matched so far.. seems like the changes are causing more sandbagging ....

When i had created my post about communication, only Tin had logged on that day. I have PM's that have gone unanswered as well, mine were sent last week on monday and tuesday.
