Nexon Incompetent. Cheating player absolutely not handled.

[h=2]Exactly the same cheating in war.[/h] Started from 30 hours ago 20 members of our team reported the cheated base. And absolutely nothing is done.

Despite us reporting this base AT least 10 times via customer services, and receiving replies stating they knew about it, and the public forum post here (and a response from a mod), as well as posts on Dominations International, this team is using EXACTLY THE SAME CHEAT and EXPLOIT against our team currently.

They still have the same unkillable iron age base, meaning our maximum score will be 120.

The incompetence in investigating obvious cheaters, with full evidence supplied, is staggering. Do your job, Nexon, and get rid of these cheaters.

Or your game with wither and die. Pointless me supplying screen shots as they are exactly the same as those in the previous thread.

They have been reported over and over for the past few months. My impression is that Nexon bans the iron account but leaves the rest of the alliance untouched. They then spin up another iron and do the same thing (from screenshots I've seen, the offending iron has a variety of different names).

I volunteer to oversee their customer service. So odd that in the original thread they refer you to Q&A page, then close the thread. Do they not understand how this will be perceived?

u said this player is going to be investigated at 8/9 yet he was still able to inflict glory loss to another alliance at 11/9 by his cheating
i don't know how much time it takes u to delete a base or fix it's map so buildings will appear in war and become attack-able but u look like a copy paster of CS replies too

Still hanging in there. We were ranked #20 when the cheating started. We just play for fun now and don’t care about glory or top 100 anymore. The list is full of cheaters and abandoned teams anyway. Only a handful of legit teams left up there

Seriously nexon. Pay attention to these threads. It should not be that hard to put a few lines of code in that check people's stats. If a stat is beyond game possibility remove them. It's anti virus software for your game. I'm losing my will to play. I have 3 solid years of grinding into this game and now my alliance loses every war to cheating. Makes me feel like I've wasted my time.
