No Alliance Text in Chat Window

Hi, I've temporary left my alliance to talk with the leader from another Alliance. No text were on their chat window, so I left after a few minutes. When I came back to my alliance, there was also no text on the chat window, weird coz it was working fine before I left.

Edit: It's fixed now, thanks CS!

We have an ongoing issue with a small number of accounts. If you've submitted a CS ticket, we have you on the list to fix!

Hi Ironangel, I appreciate your job here on the forums. Unfortunately, my alliance chat hasn't been fixed yet and I'm not 100% sure if I'm in the list of players where this issue shall be fixed. I sent an email to Customer Service and I also used the in-game contact us, however until no, nobody has replied. I just wanna make sure that the issue on mine will be fixed too, thanks!

I have exactly the same issue And got it in the same way: Travelling between several alliances end suddenly I got a blank chat box. I submitted this to CS 24 hours ago And received an amateur solution to delete the app And reinstall it. I did it but of course this didn't help me at all. Afterwards I reminded CS many times it was not resolved but no response anymore! Very frustrating!

I believe Nexon M is aware that this issue is affecting a lot of players and my guess it that they'll rollout a fix to all players whether they were affected or not so that it would fix the problem for even those who didn't file a CS ticket. I'm just assuming this because of their reply to me in the CS conversation.

I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and still haven't received any acknowledgement that my ticket is under review. Honestly I'm not even sure I submitted the ticket correctly. I did it through the game, under contact support.

I'm having the same issue myself after switching alliances. I submitted a ticket last night and haven't received a reply yet, but it's the weekend so no reason to fret.

I am on iOS (iPhone 5s). I already had the village swap bug 2 months ago that they fixed after one month... Hope it'll be quicker this time!

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple weeks now too. Happened after moving alliance's. Opened a ticket and got generic response to uninstall reinstall game which I tried. Yea lets hope the maintenance works!

My account got fixed last night after having raised the issue over the week end. So I'm quite impressed with the quality of support in that instance. Hope everyone gets their fix soon!
