No diamond earned from a 5 star victory

Our alliance is getting fed up of contacting support with this problem..Its been years that this problem exists...They always respond and send the missing diamonds..Come on Nexon surely you are not that cheap in robbing diamonds from players that dont realize this issue..

Our low level players need these diamonds to load their mercenaries...A lot of us ran out of diamonds before realizing the problem..Is this nexon's way of making you spend money to aquire more diamonds..Like offering a Diamond mine for 1500 crowns in the vip which only lasts for 7days. That is downright stealing and shows no respect for the players....I want a response from Tin Soldier regarding this major issue.

On top of all the new game issues,,Retrain problem,,Games disconnects losing all your troops in the process,,Alliance troop demands disapear. All our Alliance members have stopped spending $$ on the game until these problems are fixed.Its not a reliable game to make it worth buying stuff anymore...Your Comments......WN.

Just wonder how long this situation can last... we have stopped all purchases through the alliance immediately after the update. Interesting point is that purchasing system with all idiotic offers that nobody wants is still working fine!

I also don’t understand why paying players and VIPs are not getting the support they deserve. When you pay money for anything you expect adequate service. Unbelievable how nobody cares.

Have been playing this this game for few years I am curious if this game still go forward or have you already closed your CS department, fired the devs and now you rely on spenders they will give you some extra money before you finally close the business?

The diamonds earned from 5 star and occasionally 3 or 4 star victories do not show on the attack logs. The only diamonds that appear on those logs are the ones stolen from your opponent.
On the results page immediately following a battle the 5 star diamonds are shown on the left in the section under Trade Good Bonus whilst any stolen diamonds are on the right under Trade Goods Stolen.
If your battle results page doesn’t show diamonds from a 5 star victory then send that page to CS. What is shown on the attack log page is not all that you receive from your battle.

Fatfinger you are right..We have been sending attack log photos for months and months with allways the same response.Nexon admits that is a problem and sends us the diamonds. How many players are out there which dont realize that they are cheated out of diamonds from a 5 star victory? If everyone would send the attack log photos to CS then they might do some thing. Also a lot of our top players have low level accounts which relay on diamonds..Nexon takes 4 days to respond to those accounts because they know they need diamonds the most...Nexon want them to spend $$...

I have the same issue for a long time glad someone created a page for this problem...This is only a few battles out of hundreds i sent to CS..I allways recieve the diamonds.
Anyone with this problem should post their battles...Maybe Nexon will wake up...

After sending many tickets to CS from our alliance over a long period of time ...Nexon has finally fixed this problem...BRAVO.....
